$5 flat rate postage Australia wide.
Orders over $50 will be posted within Australia for FREE!
Although usually sooner, please allow 4-5 business days turn around from purchase, then standard postal times. If you require express postage (Australia only), please add the EXPRESS POST option to your cart. We will respond to your urgency when selecting this option and have your parcel posted to you asap.
A2 & A1 prints will be sent in a mailing tube separate from smaller sized orders (A5, A4 & A3 prints), to avoid marking/curling the fine art paper.
All prints and banners are carefully placed in a clear cello sleeve, then into a tough cardboard envelope with extra cardboard support to protect them from bending. A2 and A1 prints are rolled into tissue paper and sent in a mailing tube.
REFUND & EXCHANGE:
We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
If your order hasn't been made/printed yet, we can swap your item to something of equal value or offer you a store credit.
We carefully check every order before posting to be sure the items are in excellent condition, if they are damaged in transit we will happily replace your item.
*The Whimsical Wall reserves the rights to refuse a sale, cancel and refund an amount at the businesses discretion.

Our website is set up to take orders from New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom.
When checking out there is an option to upgrade your order to tracked postage. If you choose to select Standard postage- untracked, we can not be held responsible for your parcel.
